Manchuria Local Overprints (MLOs), Potent Mostly Mint Collection, 1945-47. In two Davo albums on homemade pages in Kerr catalog order. Extensive coverage of this popular collecting field includes complete sets, part sets and varieties. Better sets include Kerr 154.1-6 (275 pts), 156.34-42,44 (760pts), 228.1-15 (372pts) and 246.63-76 (350pts). Varieties include inverted surcharges, missing characters, transposed characters and not regularly issued stamps. Stamps are housed in Hawid like mounts with some never hinged and used scattered throughout both volumes. An amazing and very clean collection of this fascinating and complex area. (Kerr cat value 29,355 pts).
