Taiwan: Imperial Province, 1888, Horse and Dragon, handstamped surcharge in black, Taipei to Sikow, 5¢ on 20 cash green (Chan F25), a splendid mint example with natural imperf at bottom showing Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. imprint, fresh, with full o.g. which shows a brushstroke marking on gum (?), Very Fine, rare.
