Cambodia, 1973, New Constitution souvenir sheet of 3, large proof (Scott 311a), a stunning, oversized (289 x 281 mm) press sheet of one on gummed stamp paper, with design of issued souvenir sheet at center, complete printed sheet markings (including date) at bottom, plus pencilled ink color notations at right, o.g., never hinged, Very Fine, a real beauty, not often seen.
