China, 1939-40, Dr. Sun Yat-sen Hong Kong Chung Hwa printing, Die III, imperforate, $5 deep green and scarlet (Chan 383 var.), 2 complete sheets of 50, each with "Engraved & Printed by Chung Hwa Book Co., Ltd" and Chinese marginal imprints; one with enormous margins all around (creases along three rows between stamps) and the other with ample margins, Fine to Very Fine.
