U.S. Offices in China, 1860 (Dec 22), hand carried folded missionary letter to New York, where 3¢ Washington added and tied by clear Mar 8 1861 cds and sent to Chambasburg PA, no receiver. Vertical file fold otherwise nice F-VF small cover describing senders loss of her thumb.

U.S. Offices in China, 1894, two covers from Shanghai to US, one a double rate cover franked with pair of 5¢ Grant and the other franked with 5¢ Columbian each tied by US Postal Agency duplex. Both with San Francisco transits and receivers on reverse. Minor faults but nice appearance, overall F-VF.
