Scott 38), with clear printing (unusual given the notoriously difficult orange yellow) on clean paper; perforations just touching at right; well clear (with frameline of adjacent stamp) at left, o.g., never hinged, Very Fine, very scarce never hinged, with 2019 Experts & Consultants Ltd. certificate.
