U1-U2), a beautiful, perfectly centered pair of these elusive unissued values, tied to a splendid commemorative illustrated picture post card by dual strikes of red 13.1.26 commemorative c.d.s.'s from Palau in the Mandated Islands; harmless minor wrinkle, otherwise Very Fine and choice, a wonderful item.
