Nicaragua, A.P.S. Circuit Books. Including 1890 Locomotive & Telegraph Issue ten imperforate or part-perforated blocks of four made by Seebeck, plus 1911 revenue stamps surcharged on the back in black, including three different blocks of twenty, plus a fair number of Bluefields stamps, accompanied with a 1922 manuscript letter written by John Stroub (Philatelic Expert of Nicaragua stamps). We also noted some British Commonwealth & Latin American stamps in the modest range, F.-V.F.
