Antigua, Mint and Used Collection, 1862-1964, with blocks of four plus later covers; includes 1863-67 Queen Victoria watermarked Star 1d rose (2 distinct shades), 1d vermilion and 6d green, all unused, the last o.g., and a fine range of used; 1872 watermark Crown CC perf 12½ 1d vermilion unused and 1d lake o.g.; 1886 Queen Victoria watermark Crown CC 2½d red brown and 1sh mauve (a little faded), both o.g., and 2½d red brown used; 1912 Seal of the Colony watermark Crown CA 2sh mint; 1921-29 KGV watermark script CA 2sh6d to 4sh mint; 1932 Tercentenary 5sh mint; 1953 QEII ½c to $4.80 corner plate number blocks of four never hinged; and War Tax 1918 1½d corner plate number "1" block of four plus pair on 1919 Registered cover to New York; a few faults among the early issues, F.-V.F. overall, a highly appealing collection.
