1925, 2¢-5¢ Norse-American (Scott 620-621), top plate blocks of 6, nearly complete set of plate blocks, only missing the 2¢ value with plate numbers 17353 and 16924, o.g., mostly never hinged, only a small minority hinged, all four scarce combinations are included, very scarce assemblage of these difficult plate blocks; mostly sound, only a few typical perf separations, gum skips and gum creases, 16689 and 16958 has disturbed gum, 17355 and 16959 has a couple small thins, a couple staple holes in 16928 and 16961, small oil spots on 16928 and 16963 & 16927 and 16961 plate blocks, 16927 and 16963 is without gum, Fine to Very Fine.
