Dominica, Postal-Fiscal, 1879-88, bisected 1d lilac (SG R1a), two vertically bisected strips of 3 used as 3d on a small cover from Rouseau to St. Johns, Antigua; each tied by "A.07" barred ellipse with central Dominica c.d.s., SP 22 87; backstamped Antigua the next day; the cover was folded and has been flattened, and there is a bit of the top missing; nonetheless, despite its likely philatelic origin, a very rare usage.
