Condition is mostly mint and is much better than average with many fresh appearing and mostly sound issues, generally Fine to Very Fine or better. This collector really prized clean and well centered issues and didn't compromise to just fill holes, so you will find that even though we could have broken this down further, this collection is meaty with many difficult issues for you to fill in your collection or (if you are a dealer) break down for individual sale.
