Ceylon, 1902, cover from Boer War POW to Holland, with Ragama Camp/Jy 2 02 cds on 6¢ QV postal card with RPO transit and Delft receiver. Boer prisoners who would not take an oath of allegiance to KEVII were held until they emigrated to Holland, the U.S. or elsewhere, rare late usage, Very Fine.
