Straits Settlements, 1885 (Aug. 5), cover from Penang to Hong Kong, franked with Queen Victoria 8¢, and tied by "dumb" obliterator, adjacent Penang Aug. 5, 1885 c.d.s. (Proud D8) and also depicting part of Penang and Singapore / Paid circular datestamp (Proud PD1) that was applied on arrival at Singapore. Backstamped with Singapore / Hong Kong datestamp; cover repaired, and crease affecting stamp, Fine to Very Fine.
