Iran (Persia), 1924 (Sep. 29), incoming postal card to Kermanshah from New York, a U.S. 1898 2¢ black on buff postal card (UX16) used from New York City to an American Missionary in Kermanshah, Persia, Sep 29, 1924, bearing a Persian 40c Tax stamp apparently used as a Postage Due and tied by boxed "PD"; slight flaws but attractive and most unusual, Fine to Very Fine appearance.
