1852, 3¢ dull red, type I (Scott 11), cancelled by blue grid, with indistinct matching Feb 14 c.d.s., addressed to Georgetown IL, the cover and Valentine are beautifully embossed with a multicolored scene of a maiden & her beau, with eighteen line Valentine poem, stunning, Very Fine.

1852, 3¢ dull red, type II (Scott 11A), bottom sheet margin single with clear to large margins, pen canceled "Paid" on small brown cover postmarked manuscript "Richmond, N.H. May 3", to Highgate, Vt. from whence it was forwarded, with manuscript "Paid 5" and red Highgate c.d.s., May 11; stamp with tiny corner crease in sheet margin, Very Fine.

1857, 1¢ blue, type V, group of large straddle margins (Scott 24), three covers and one single stamp, the covers consist of one tied to cover with Hartford, CT postmark, one tied to cover with New York postmark and the final cover is a mourning cover with #26 tied with New York postmarks, the single stamp has nice blue cancel and large margins with small tear at top, a few small faults, but overall attractive Fine - Very Fine group.
