Switzerland, 1907, Helvetia with Breastshield, 10c rose red (Scott 129), used on an envelope marked "Muster Ohne Wert" (Sample No Commercial Value), postmarked 7/26/08 Interlaken, with duty free sprig of edelweiss, as it was a single mailing & weighed less than 50 grams it did not meet the minimum requirements for the 5 centime rate, it was not sealed but tied with string so it could be opened for inspection, with unposted copy of postcard, Very Fine.
