Scandinavia: Denmark, Extensive Stock Collection, 1858-1970, overwhelmingly used, arranged on a mix of stockpages and homemade annotated pages; identifications throughout by Scott and/or Facit, the latter most often used to denote shades and varieties; starting with #7, we find solid Numeral-and-Arms, royals from Cristian IX to Margrethe II, se-tenants, a few advertising pairs or panes, well-filled definitives (including some unlisted varieties, noted), solid commemoratives including early Anderson, Bering, etc., plus a stronger Back-of-the-Book than is normally encountered in holdings such as this, with everything from the "regular" Airs, Dues and Officials to a few Locals, a nice array of Railway Freight stamps (both State and local lines), the popular "POSTFÆRGE" overprints, Newspapers, Late Fees, etc., etc.; pre-WWII semi-specialized with duplication; post-War mainly a straightforward collection; no great rarities spotted, but some interesting items useful to collector and dealer alike, F.-V.F. with better throughout, inspection invited.
