[Minnesota Territory] Red Wing, cover, addressed to Inverness, NY, franked by 3¢ dull red (#26) cancelled by black "3" with "Red Wing/MAY/23/M.T." postmark in red at left; some wear at corners, lower backflap torn on opening, otherwise sound, Very Fine usage, "Ex Carol [sic] Chase Collection" noted on reverse in pen.

[Missouri] EXPOSITION R.P.O., ST. LOUIS, MO., bold duplex handstamp, Sep 27, 1904, ties a 1¢ Louisiana Purchase (323) on an multicolor Exposition Postcard with an Exposition Station machine cancel of the same date at the lower left; to Mobile, Ala. with a receiving postmark on Sep 29; card pictures the Palace of Mines & Metallurgy; stamp slightly damaged where perforations extend beyond the card's edge at the right and card neatly reduced a bit at the left, Fine and scarce.
