Poland, 1919, Cracow Issue, 9h red violet (Scott 50), tied on piece by "BIELITZ OSTERR. 1" c.d.s., 15 Feb 1919, Very Fine, only 1300 were issued, with 2015 Sismondo certificate suggesting that the overprint appears genuine, but recommending it be sent to Polish experts for further identification.
