1861-66 (1875 Re-issue), 90¢ blue (Scott 111), unused without gum, incredibly fresh and pleasing top quality example that appears to have just rolled off the printing press; a handsome well centered stamp featuring the best color we have ever encountered on a 90¢ re-issue; woefully undervalued when found with such stunning attributes, as you could look for decades and not see another example with such a gorgeous "look", Very Fine, only 317 examples sold, with 2018 P.F. certificate graded VF 80.
