1861, 1¢ blue, types I & II (Scott 18,20), o.g., very lightly hinged, impressive type I and II combination pair in immaculate condition, with gleaming color on both stamps; the left stamp is Scott #20 - the elusive type II stamp, while the right hand stamp is the scarcer Scott #18 - type I showing complete design; a wonderful opportunity for the 1 cent specialist to obtain a select multiple of this issue, Fine, with 1983 P.F. certificate.
