[Ohio] Cincinnati, 1842 outer lettersheet entrusted to a steamboat in Louisville which had no mail contract, it was delivered to the post office in Cincinnati from where it was sent along an official mail route to Charleston via Guyandotte, Charleston & Guyandotte were both later in WV, Fine.
