Wells Fargo cover, San Francisco to Victoria, British Columbia, 3¢ pink entire with a Wells Fargo frank to Victoria; canceled with a partial blue Mar 30 Wells Fargo San Francisco oval with a blue "COLLECT/ (5)¢" oval and a manuscript "5" due to the fact that the "5" in the handstamp is not struck up; at the lower left is a light "Goodwin & Co., San Francisco, Mar 30 (1868?)" c.d.s., Fine to Very Fine, this is said to be a previously unrecorded Wells Fargo, Victoria "Collect" handstamp.
