1931, 2¢ Yorktown, imperf vertically (Scott 703c), bottom margin and arrow plate block of 10, o.g., never hinged, except top left stamp and margin at top right previously hinged, Fine to Very Fine, only one pane of 50 reported, out of the 50 possible stamps, 30 are in large blocks of ten and several others are in larger multiples, making this one of the most elusive classic U.S. errors, this the only bottom plate block reported, purple Weill backstamp in bottom selvage, with 2006 P.F. certificate.
