1909, 4¢ orange brown, bluish paper (Scott 360), o.g., previously hinged, fresh with rich color on nicely blued paper; impressively well-centered, far better than most examples of this exceedingly difficult and scarce stamp, Very Fine, a truly remarkable example, worthy of the finest collection, with 1954 and 2019 P.F. certificates, the former signed by Louise Boyd Dale.
