Post Office Seal, 1879, brown, large die proof on India, die sunk on card (Scott OX2aP1 var.), 155 x 108 mm, showing a plate flaw in the design: a thin diagonal line through "SEALED", blazing bright color; hinge remnants on the reverse and a hint of toning at the far right edge, Very Fine overall, a nice variety for the specialist.

Official Seal, 1919, indigo, perf 12 (Scott OX19), block of 4, slightly disturbed o.g., fresh, huge margins all around, scarce and appealing multiple, Very Fine to Extremely Fine, these seals were used on mail to and from the Procurement Division of the Quartermaster General's Office for only 5 weeks before they were withdrawn.
