On homemade pages, all fully annotated; comprises material not found everyday—and certainly not in this quantity and quality; note pristine mint 1892 general purpose Revenues, 1892-97 Salt Tax issues, extensive 1892-97 Cigarette Tax stamps, a superb section of 1864-92 Inter-Postal and Official Seals with identified forgeries; good postal issues from First Issue imperforate proofs, a lovely Suez Canal Company section with many different forgeries; more Revenues and Seals, and more, Very Fine overall, a wonderful lot for the specialist.
