A fabulous study of this issue mounted in two albums, with hundreds of panes, complete booklets, booklet covers and first day covers, includes many misperfs and miscut panes, plate number panes, precancels, plate positions, shades, and a lot of nineteen complete booklets, a group that viewing will show much more than can be described, however there is some moisture issues with panes stuck to the pages, will have to be considered in the estimate, but enormous potential is still present, o.g., hinged or never hinged, Fine to Very Fine.
